NY Route 400

NY Route 400 is the expressway from NY Route 16 to Interstate 90 and the New York State Thruway in Erie County. The interchange with Interstate 90 (sometimes referred to as "The Mainline" locally) was rebuilt in 2003, when I-90 was widened from Interstate 190 to NY Route 400.
